Cancellations:

• Requests must be sent in writing to tumkurobgynsociety@gmail.com
• Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
• Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or once an event/service has been availed.
• Bank transfer or membership fees are strictly non-refundable.

• TSOG primarily provides services (registrations, conferences, workshops).
• No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly mentioned (such as conference kits, delegate materials, or souvenirs).
• In case of physical material dispatch, delivery timelines and courier details will be shared by email.
• TSOG will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.
